Baby kicking low

I'm 23 weeks and all my baby kicks / movements are down really low. NCT email just told me I'd likely be feeling kicking in th ribs around now - but it's nowhere near. Is this normal?

Yes I had those low kicks around that time, they were bloody uncomfortable! Nothing to worry about, once you start getting them under the ribs you will want to low blows back!

I am 32 weeks and I've not been kicked in the ribs. It all depends on your baby's position, mine is head down and quite curled up so if I get kicks they tend to be more in the side. Those week by week pregnancy emails are just a guide as to what you can expect, and not what definitely will happen

I am 25 weeks and kicks also feel low. Had a scan a few weeks ago, turns out baby is breech. I would disregard the NCT email.

Breech = feet down = kicks down low. Mine are right along my bikini line and sometimes feel like I could almost touch a foot if I reached inside they are that low

I never had kicks in my ribs til about 30 weeks this time. They were all down low and she was head down with her feet at her head lol.
