Can anyone recommend a dvd? Really suffered with my hips last time so hoping that a bit of yoga might help with that as well as the obvious benefits but would like to order one that others have used and found to be good. Any recommendations?

I've been mostly doing shiva rea's and really like it, I am 17 weeks now and it's definitely helped me keep toned and ease aches and pained. I've got Nicole Crofts Buddha bellies one too but not got quite as into it.

No recommendation here but marking my place, I visited classes a few times and it really helped me with my back pain. Planning to move house soon so a DVD might be very handy to do things at home.

Just go on YouTube, there are loads of free videos. That's what I've been doing. There's a really good half hour one - prenatal yoga with Lara Duttie

I liked the 10 min solutions. Cost me about 1p on amazon but I did have to buy weights to go with it.

Tara Lee all the way. Expensive but worth it. Did with last and this pregnancy right up until waters going!
