Nearly 37 weeks pregnant does anyone know what this is please?

does anyone know what this is please?
came from work last night having like period type pains pressure, in bum is back and also both sides of tummy low down were hurting.Went to bed at 9ish as they died away up again now with same thing still feeling bibby moving but feeling very uncomfortable lots of pain in back too.

They could be braxton hicks contractions. Do they change when you move around? Since they died away and came back they might be BH. Normal contractions would be more regular. IF they become more frequent or intense this could be it.

really im only 37 weeks.

could be very very early stages of labour if they're very irregular or BH but the great news is that at 37 weeks you are considered to be full term..... both of my babies arrived at 36+6wks.... good luck, and try to relax (famous last words !!!)
