Third trimester cramps - should I be worried?

Since this morning I have had a pain in my right lower abdomen...having never had period pains I can't liken it to that, so I'm not sure how to describe it. If I'm moving around I feel the pain, but it doesn't hapoen when I'm sitting still. Is it just muscle cramps? My bump has grown quite big recently. I'm 29 weeks pregnant and have had no other symptoms and baby is kicking just fine.

Inernet searches indicate that is just muscle pain due to increased pressure from the growing baby, and in my heart I don't feel like something is wrong, but I just wanted to check - I'm inclined to just ignore it,mwhat domyou think?

If you feel like something is wrong then go and get checked out.

It probably is just muscular and pressure related but would you forgive yourself if not?

Probably growing pains but always get checked. Also worth checking out for a uti as they can cause pains/cramps in pg.
