Triple test - any experiences?

Am 16 weeks and discovered at my midwife appointment yesterday that the hospital lost my bloods from the combined test - most vexing, though it's bound to happen to some people, I suppose. So I had the triple test done yesterday and I don't really know much about it other than it's possibly not as accurate? Eeek! NT measurement was within satisfactory limits but I'm a bit wibbly now.

Midwife didn't think I had anything to worry about but obviously that doesn't stop your mind turning. Has anyone else had this?

Hi there,

I had my 12 week scan last week and due to baby being stubborn (obviously DH's child!) they could not get a sufficient NT measurement. She did get some measurements that were very low but was not confident enough in using them. As a result I have been recommended to have the triple test done at my next MW appointment- 16 weeks.

I am therefore very interested well as to hear what people have to say about this test and its accuracy.
