I've just booked tickets. Any tips and what was your best baby show deal? I'm hoping to buy the stokke steps, snuzpod, ana karmal books & weaning kits & britax duafix.

I went to the one in excel London don't think mamas and papas were there could be mistaken though

M&P were at the Manchester one - we saved £150ish on the Armadillo Flip XT - well worth the entry price!

Are the deals at these shows really that good? I was thinking of going to the Birmingham one but have already ordered my Snuzpod as they are really low on stock and it's not going to be delivered until the end of May. Can you get deals on car seats etc..?

We did the Birmingham one and only looked at travel systems and nursery furniture. Saved about £200 on travel system and £150 on furniture. Mamas and Papas and Babies 'r' us respectively.

It was pretty busy and I'm glad we weren't bothered with smaller things. A lot of people were wandering around looking a bit shell shocked.

Anyone know if icandy do discounts / show prices at the baby show or definitely not!?

We still have pram/pushchair and car seat as last biggies to buy and wondering whether to book or just barter at mothercare (as we've bought all our other stuff from there).
Defo after icandy peach 3 blossom, a Maxi cosi infant car seat and then the 360degree swivel type car seat - forgot which make!

Just bought the stokke steps at mamas & papas %20 off & a £15 voucher for next shop. Not bad, I'll need to buy the bouncer to go with it at baby show though.

I like the look of the icandy too - am hoping they will do discounts at the show! If not it is a good place to try all the different travel systems out...
