Can morning sickness come and go?

I'm 25 weeks with dd1 and feeling sicky. I had no morning sickness with ds really but raging sickness for the first 12 weeks with this pregnancy. I was throwing up ever day during this time but fortunately it just went away at 12 weeks. For the past few days it's sort of come back. I've not been sick yet but have been getting that warm/travel sickness/hungover feeling. Can morning sickness come back or am I ill?

I get it on and off. It came back a lot at 17 weeks and went again. Every now and then at 23 weeks I feel sick still. You might not actually be sick - I never have been!
