Am 22+6. I've been getting very uncomfortable at night, and sometimes after sitting down, for weeks now. I'm slim and bump is tiny still (so I don't think it's about the extra weight), but OH ordered me a dream genii to try, Think this might be making it even worse! They aren't cramps, I just feel like I need to move them, and am very uncomfortable on my side. They are better if I lie on my back but obviously trying to avoid this.
If I get up they are fine but soon start throbbing again, as if I've done too much pavement pounding. It's mainly the top half of my thighs.
Anyone had similar? Fine when moving around so don't think it's SPD. Any suggestions of sleep position that I might be missing? Or dietary things to consider.
I've been pretty symptomless so far so can't complain too much, but feel like I must be missing a trick here.
