I'm 34 weeks and my baby is still breech. I know he still has time to turn but his head is always right under my ribs and it's getting a bit painful. Anyway iv bought a birthing ball as the midwife advised but now what? I have no clue what to do with it Blush help please Grin

With my first I just sat on it and gently bounced, and also used to watch TV whilst kneeling behind it and leaning my chest on it whilst gently rolling it forward and back. Baby did turn in time, but couldn't tell you if it was the ball!

Cleaning the kitchen floor on all fours is supposed to help to, I gave that go to!

Thanks Smile I'll give it a go!

Try the spinning babies website too - it's not the easiest to navigate but there is a section on breech and exercises you can do.

My yoga teacher told me to do lots of kneeling on all fours, elbows on the floor with my bottom in the air. I read many magazines in this position. Not elegant in the slightest but the baby turned! Good luck!
