Acidophillus while pregnant??

Probably a really silly question but is it safe to take acidophillus capsules while pg? I've found it's about the only thing that keeps thrush at bay...

Given that it's the same good bacteria that you find in live yogurt, in your position I would keep taking it.
I suspect it is one of those supplements where you are not going to get any health professional just say, go ahead!
