Sorry writing this down I realise how pathetic this probably sounds however since yesterday I have been experiencing excruciating pain on my right hip which involved lots of tears and some paracetamol.

It's now gone 2am and I am up in agony and in tears because the pain is just unbearable :/ I am 14+2

Does anyone else have any experience of this? I am going to book a drs app first thing in the morning but I can tell this is going to be a long long night :/

If you've got a hot water bottle, try that on it. Also trying wandering round the house for a bit (if you can bear to walk). You should be able to self refer to your pregnancy physio unit at local hospital without going to your GP as well - the phone number to call is usually in your maternity notes. Finally, if you get back into bed, lie on your left side and put one/two very thick pillows between your legs, all the way from your crotch to your ankles - this will help stabilise the hip and remove strain on it.

Thankyou for your advice, tried the pillows but that seemed to make it worse so will see if I can self refer today :)
