Dd is ill, can it effect my baby?

Dd has glandular fever which I know is ok during pregnancy but she had also developed hepatitis in her liver due to it, can this harm the baby, I am in the second trimester?

I would ask your gp or your midwife (who will either know or check it for you). Maybe someone on here who is a doctor/midwife will know but I think I'd check with a medical professional to make sure.
