dull pain a week before period.. could this mean pregnancy!?

Im ttc first child .. now Im experiencing some pain that feels like a dull period pain which has lasted since day 17 till now day 22! I tested on day 17 as last month's af was very strange! so i thought i may have been pregnant already ..im not .. suppose i have a week left until i should test again just gotta wait and see what happens now .. has anyone else experienced this pain a week before period and then had a positive?

I had sore boobs and cramps - convinced myself it was premature menopause! But 2 days after due date, BFP. Fingers crossed for you!

Yes, I had exactly this! Very mild dull cramps for a week then bfp when period was due.

Why do the symptoms all have to feel the same as PMT/AF?! the sore boobs and period pains that are actually implantation/stretching pains are incredibly disconcerting if you've never been pg before. I felt as if I were about to come on for the first 3 weeks or so and then every twinge after that sent me into a toilet-bound knicker-poking panic.

You'd think we could have evolved to feel something different by now!!

Yay!...congratulations to you all! i have 5 more days left before i test.. hopefully ill be as lucky as you guys :) however this is only my second month of trying so im not getting my hopes up too much!!

I know this is an old post, but I have been having unprotected sex everyday since my last period, it’s now eight days until my period is due and I’m experiencing dull period pains in my lower stomach, and it’s feeling warm also get the odd twitch what seems to but inside me , and I have had very sore boobs for about a week, and on the 13th I had what seemed like spotting of browny discharge! What could this mean?

Lollylilmum You are either pregnant or symptom spotting! Everyone is different so hard to tell. But I posted about early pregnancy symptoms after confirmed positive pregnancy test and other people added to the list. Have a look and you can compare.

What is symptom spotting? I recently had a stillbirth January, so have been trying since! But I haven’t expiernced this before! And never had cramps a week before my period or sore boobs, thank you! Guess I have to wait and see x
