Just a quick question as I'm 18 weeks and realise I need to start these!

It it ok to lots of little 2 second 'holds' or do I have to hold it for 10 seconds?

Thanks.

Apparently you should do both! 10 reps of fast ones and 10 reps of slow ones 3x a day, but you might need to build up to this. There's an app called Squeezy NHS which is really good and talks you through how to do it all. I'm using it at 34 weeks, highly recommended Smile

Thanks, I'll have a look at the app. And I best get squeezing then Grin
