Light Brown Discharge at 9 weeks

Hi, I'm 9 weeks tomorrow and I noticed this morning some light brown discharge. I've been to the toilet since and had nothing but I'm still a little scared! I had a 8 week scan last week and everything seemed fine, saw a heartbeat etc. just after a bit of advice really from anyone who has experienced it? I called the EarlyPregnancy unit who just told me to monitor until tomorrow and call if it hasn't stopped...

Hi excited, I had light brown discharge every day between 6-9 weeks, then occasionally up to 11 weeks - sometimes even a bit pink and once or twice red. Now 16 weeks and everything seems to be fine. Apparently this just happens to some women. I had a scan at 6 and 8 weeks and again at 12 and no reason ever seen for the spotting. They told me seeing a heartbeat at 8 weeks is a v good sign. But if it keeps happening just ask epu for another early scan to put your mind at ease. It's horrible spotting and being anxious all the time! I know from posting on here at the time that loads of women have had same experience with positive outcome, so it isn't necessarily the start of something bad.
