Not sure what the nub actually is!

I've been staring and staring at my scan pic and I just don't get it! How can people tell one blobby bit from another? Can anyone explain what I should be looking at please?

No but I'll be intrigued to know!

Its something to do with the space between the 'bum' bit and the crotch, if you Google it there are some diagrams online which show where abouts you need to look.

To be honest though, I have no real clue myself! Recently read about skull theory which (is probably a load of tosh) but seems to say a flatter skull shape = boy, raised forehead = girl.

Based on yours, I'm going with boy!

I'm not 100% sure myself!! Just had my 12 week scan is the white bit the nub? It's hard to tell what's what. If it is any guesses to the gender? Cherrypez im guessing boy x

Thanks to all who commented...I've googled and still none the wiser! Allstopped I hope your scan went well. I read what you wrote about the skull and thought mine looked like a girl so one of us will be right ha ha.
mummy3009 I can't see your baby's nub but the forehead is rounded which suggests girl apparently.
