How can I get rid of this rash on my face?

Hi everyone, I came down with a sickness bug 4 days ago and was very sick. This then caused a rash on my face. I have had sickness strain related rashes on my face before which have gone down very quickly, but this one does not disappear under the glass test although I know is nothing sinister. it also has not gone away at all in 4 days and is all over my face from eyes to under my chin on both sides and I am guessing it is where the little capillary veins have burst under strain of being sick but has anyone else had this and if so is there anything to help it go down or how long do I have to wait for it to go away? many thanks

My brother used to burst the little capillaries in his eyelids through being sick when he was younger and suffered tummy migraines. It left him looking like he was wearing pink eyeshadow. Unfortunately he just had to wait it out. Its like a bruise. Could you hide it with a good concealer till it goes?

Thank you mrsp2311 I thought this would probably be the case. I didn't really want to cover in make-up because was afraid of making it worse or irritating it but I suppose I could try a bit if I really need to. Thank you
