Rash on chest

Not sure if its pregnancy related or what. The last two days I have had an itchy, red heat rash on my chest. I get something very similar when I go on holiday to somewhere hot and use lots of suntan lotion. Could it be the palmers cocoa butter? Or something to do with pregnancy?

Oh I got that when I was pregnant. It was horrid I had to wear scarves!
It was on my shoulders too. It did flare up more when I used the cocoa butter on my boobs so I stopped doing that.
