Red bumpy dots at corners of both eyes?

Started off with one eye, now got it on both. Just raised red bumps - bigger than spots. Not sore or itchy. Anyone?

No idea if it's the same thing but I have this and it's due to perioral dermatitis. It's gotten much worse in pregnancy plus I can't be treated for it with usual antibiotics.
It usually starts around the mouth though so may not be the same thing.

I have had some red bumps around mouth, but they are more spots I think... delightful look I have I must say! Might go to GP to check it out as have had a no make up/nothing on my face day and no improvement
