Could I be pregnant? I'm 20 years old, I've never been pregnant. I don't take any kind of birth control. I have been having strange spotting for a little over a month now. My period was due last week but I never actually bled like I do with my normal period. Then I began to notice white tissue looking stuff in the toilet after I pee. I had a uti 2 weeks ago but antibiotics cleared that up. I also took a prego test 2 weeks ago and got a negative. Someone give me some kind of advise or thoughts?! Please.

Do you have sex? If you do and don't use birth control then yes you could be pregnant. Take another test.

Yes my boyfriend and I have sex no condoms either sorry tmi.

Sorry probably sound snippy but with the best will in the world the only useful thing you can do is take another test. If it's negative see your GP in case you still have a UTI.

Well of course you could be pregnant if you're having unprotected sex. Do you really have to ask that? I'm guessing you want a baby.

Do another test if you did one two weeks ago.

If you are having unprotected sex then you may well be pregnant. Do a test. I take it that you are TTC.

Yes, I am TTC. Thanks for the advise. I just didn't know if the tissue like substance could be a sign of some sort.

If your period was due last week but you took a pregnancy test two weeks ago that means you took the test a week before your period was due ? You're likely to get a false negative then .

If you're having regular unprotected sex and your period is now a week late you could most definitely be pregnant . But you really need to take another test .

Sorry OP, you didn't say you are ttc. Definitively do another test, you don't need to spend lot of money on a digital. First response tests are great or supermarket own. Hope you get the result you want!

The pound shops sell the wee ones that eBay sell they are very sensitive you should get an accurate result . Good luck ! And let us know how you get on so I'm so nosey

That could be discharge. Do you 'feel' different? Ie, funny taste, sick, sore boobs? They were signs for me. Keep us posted!

My boobs are sore but nothing excruciating. I have been sleeping 16 hours a day. Some cramps and my lower back hurts off and on. I will take another test and keep you guys posted! Thanks so much!!

I plan to take a test tomorrow. The tissue looking stuff in the toilet is clear mucus like slimy discharge. Sound familiar to anyone??

well this is my third pregnancy and tell that i was so happy about this pregnancy as well but seem like my world came crashing down on me. when i went in for just head aches and they decide to do my first appt this day. well when the doctor was doing the ultrasound she notice that it was no baby or fetal pole I'm like six weeks. so she decide to let do blood work and let see how my level was and i then i come back in 48 hours to do more blood work . well my level was like three thousand and something. and then went wed to do blood work again. the level only went up a little bit. so they was saying that i'm going to miscarriage and i was suppose to be having a d/c fri morning but i decide not to get one. because i feel its to early and maybe i should wait just a little bit just to see if i go back and the baby is in the right spot. I'm so confuse right now not knowing what to do. I'm stress out about this and very hurt right now. dont knowing what to expect.

Update: I'm not pregnant. :( went to Dr. My thyroid is enlarged, that's where the crazy spotting came from!
