I am 13 weeks pregnant and so far have lost 18Ibs! I was not overweight to start with I was a healthy normal size. I am rarely sick but have zero appetite and alot of nausea so eating is a struggle.
Is this a dangerous amount? I just keep losing and losing

That's quite a lot. Anything over ten percent of your start weight needs to be checked by a doc. Can you try to fortify what you eat so that you're getting calories in even if you're not eating much?

I'm seeing my midwife next week so will ask her about it. I do try get as much in as I can but I'm having extreme diarrhea and constipation so lose alot of food through this. I'm having an awful time of it :(

I struggled with calorie intake at the beginning due to nausea and lost quite a bit of weight, I found protein shakes a good way of getting calories and keeping something down without feeling too icky. May be worth talking to your doctor about meal replacements if you are unable to eat and are losing weight rapidly.

I lost 2 stone in the first trimester. I certainly didn't need to loose weight to start with, I had horrible hyperemesis though and was put onto consultant care for low bmi. I was back up to my pre pregnancy weight at 29 weeks.
Shakes are a good idea, check they havnt got added vitamin A though.
Your midwife will be able to give you some good advice.
Try not to worry too much, baby takes everything he/she needs from your reserves, so you're the one that suffers, not baby.
I'm sure you'll get your appetite back soon :)
