I woke up fine today but then mid afternoon I started crying over nothing, nothing happened I just couldn't stop crying uncontrollably for about an hour. I'm settled again but this has never happened during my whole pregnancy so wondering if emotions all over the place is a sign of approaching labour? I'm 39 + 4

Bloody hope so. I'm 40+ summat and was utterly despondent this morning. Not in a great frame of mind to labour.

I got really angry at dp last night over something trivial ! I'm 39 weeks

I could cheerfully strangle people at the moment over the slightest thing, then fine half an hour later.

Bloody hormones......

It could be but (and you probably don't want to hear this) but it can also just be the sheer exhaustion of being 39 weeks pregnant and starting to feel frustrated. Last time that had me flying off the handle at every little thing and I wasn't anywhere close.
