Rash on bump, anything to worry about?

I've noticed I've developed an itchy rash on my bump, it started around my belly button and it's now spread over my bump to my chest. From everything I read online Dr Google diagnoses PEP which is apparently harmless and the kind of thing I can wait until my Monday midwife apt to check out. But a couple of sites are a bit panicky that you should get any rash checked out immediately in case it's a liver thing. I really don't want to bother the maternity ward at the hospital over the weekend if I don't need to - especially as I'm 40 weeks so now they'll remember me if I'm a time waster Smile , is it OK to wait or worth giving them a ring?

I would ring them if you are worried but I'm 39+3 and have had exactly the same sounding rash for about a week - just above my pubic area across my bump up to about half way to my belly button, and looks more red and lumpy at times to others. Apart from it driving me mad I don't think it's anything to worry about at this stage.

I believe the liver condition you're referring to is mainly severe itching on the palms of hands and feet and I've not got that so trying not to worry! I've got quite bad eczema anyway which has got worse during pregnancy so used to so much itching now!
