I too have a low lying anterior placenta. I felt movement at just about 21 weeks. I only felt it when lying on my back in bed after a sugary cold drink and I had to concentrate really hard!

I'm now 24 weeks and still don't really feel anything unless I'm in bed and concentrating on it. At about 22+3 we turned upside down and I felt a lot more because his feet were kicking above the placenta. He's now breech again and I'm hardly feeling anything. I'm assured this will change by 28 weeks and we'll be feeling everything!

That should say he turned upside down!
