Hello,

Just needing a bit of advice. I have been diagnosed with Polyhydromios and at my latest growth scan yesterday at 31+2 my baby is measuring in at weighing over 5lb already Shock. After my scan the ob sat me down and explained that if he carried on growing at the same rate I may have to consider c section (this is totally fine - im not bothered as long as he is healthy) what I would like to know is - has anybody been in this situation? did you have a cs/normal delivery? when would they be likely to do a cs? is there a greater chance of pre term delivery if the baby is so big or will he just carry on growing Confused im so big already I feel like I could pop and everyone I meet thinks I am overdue and I still have 2 months to go!

any help would be great - thanks. x

Hi Hardy1988

No experience of that myself, but some of the others due in May are going through growrh scans, ELCS etc so will probably be able to offer some advice :)
