Growth scans after bleeding in third trimester, any experience?

To explain: I've been having some bleeding and bloody mucus loss since 31 weeks, currently 33 weeks. I went in suspected early labour at 31 weeks, this was stopped after 4 hours or intense and regular contractions (3 in 10 mins) and I've been aloud home with painkillers to take whenever contractions start up again to stall/stop labour. The aim is for me to get to 37-38 weeks. I'm still losing bloody mucus daily.

I had a growth scan at 31 weeks when they thought I was going in labour to see what we were dealing with in terms of baby's estimated size. Since then I had a consultant appointment where it was noticed that my bump was very small for gestational age, measured 26 weeks instead of 32. I was send in for growth scan at 33 weeks (today) so two weeks since last growth scan.

Now I know growth scans are very much an estimate and they can be very off but there doesn't seem to be much estimated growth between the two scans. What worried more is that a friend mentioned to me a couple of weeks ago to keep an eye on growth since preterm labour and bleeding as this happened to her and after they stopped the labour at 32 weeks she went in labour at 38 weeks but baby hadn't grown well since the bleeding.

At 31 weeks: head circumference 304.2, abdominal circ 286.9, femur lenght 64, estimated fetal weight 2093g (4lb10oz)

At 33 weeks: head circ, 305.8, abdominal circ 296.5, femur lenght 64, est fetal weight 2200g (4lb14oz).

Amniotic fluid has also gone down by 5cm but I think that's normal as pregnancy progresses?

Does anybody have any experience of this or could reassure me?
Sorry this was so long and thank you of you read all the way.

Do you have a consultant appointment coming up? I don't know what the 'normal' values are - often there is a chart in your handheld notes where they plot the estimated weight and things so you might be able to see if the growth is less than expected.

I had growth scans at 33 and 35 weeks and the baby has estimated to go from 4lb12 to 5lb4 in the 2 weeks, have another scan later this week.

It's hard to say just from numbers - but the results should definitely be followed up by your consultant so if you haven't got an appointment with them I would contact your midwife to see what she thinks. Sorry not v helpful!

Thank you for your reply Penguin, yes I do have a consultant appt in two weeks. I should also be having another growth scan on the same day so will def know where we stand then. I guess I was just hoping to put my mind at ease. The numbers are still very well within the norm for gestational age but I was just a bit worried about the little amount of change between the two scans but I know this can be accounted for by the fact that growth scans are not very accurate anyway.
