Achy back pains when standing...

Am 37+4 and at about 4pm I felt a weird 'squirt' of fluid (sorry there's really no prettier way to say it) come out. It was about a tablespoon but there was nothing else after an hour so I just assumed baby must have kicked on my bladder to make some wee all come out all in a oner like that. Obviously the possibility of it being amniotic fluid did cross my mind so called triage but they've been engaged pretty much constantly.

Nothing else much has happened except when I stand up now I'm getting an occasional ache in my lower back. I haven't had one when I'm sitting so I'm assuming it's not early contractions? I mean, they'd be happening no matter my position right?

Am really reluctant to go to triage because I've got a toddler and getting someone to sit with her would really put someone out. Also DP has a stinking cold and it wouldn't be ideal for him to be sitting around and coughing/sneezing in a room full of pregnant ladies. Obviously if I were a bit more sure of something happening Id go (and in all honesty if I were answering this post would probably say that too...) but just interested to get some feedback from people.

Has anyone had a very small amount of fluid come out and it been labour? Or have you had early contractions that only happened when you were standing?

Just trying to look at my likely very low odds right now. Grin
