I'm 21+5 and I'm just so blinking tired all the time! Today I woke at 830, been awake since but I'm still in bed. Feeling like going back to sleep now. Normally fall asleep mid afternoon for anywhere between 1 and 3 hours!
Is there anything I can do to boost my energy levels? So bored of no energy.

How are your iron levels? I used spa tone and used to feel a difference if I forgot it for a few days.

Sleep then.
I spent pretty much all of my last pregnancy sleeping, eating and sleeping some more. This time round I don't get time to sleep during the day and feel zombiefied!

Iron levels are good tumble, I take pregnacare pills with added everything!
I feel like I'm wasting days by resting/sleeping. Home looks like a pig sty, not getting anything done. Feel like a lazy Bugger.

Still tired and I'm 31+6. Trying to bear in mind that if I'm tired then resting/sleeping isn't a bad thing, I'm just using up a lot of energy being pregnant! And I'm taking iron tablets.

That said, getting out for a short walk in the morning does often give me a bit more energy for the rest of the day.

I hear ya! 26 weeks over here and struggling with a low level fatigue. I am sleeping but it's interrupted with frequent toilet breaks. Last night I was tempted to just take my duvet to the bathroom and spend the rest of the night in there! Finding work, as a result, a real struggle at times and am very irritable.

What i'm trying to do is get as much rest as I can. Naps during the weekend, taking it easy in the evenings (if you can, if you already have DC then that probably won't be an option!) I was still arranging social things for week day evenings and weekends, but I'm having to accept that if I want to function in my full time job, these things have to be restricted. Fresh air, short walk at lunchtime. Going to swim tonight as that really helps the quality of my sleep.

Yup, get your iron levels checked too.

I am tired too. 20 weeks in and I am waiting for my energy burst! I am not sleeping great but even when I do I am tired. I will say though that the more you stay in bed the tired-er you will be if that makes sense! If I lie around I am really sleepy....not that there's anything wrong with that either!
