did any of you have implantation bleeding? :)

Hello ladies, congratulations to you all! :D I was hoping you could give me some advice.. last night I thought AF had got me, as I wiped and saw the usual pink CM I get when she's starting, I had it for a couple of times after, just when I wiped, and then I went to bed. I expected to wake to my usual flow of a period, but instead I woke to my usual creamy CM. I'm so confused :( I was due AF yesterday, but I'm not sure when I ovulated this month as I haven't used any ovulation tests. Could this of been implantation bleeding? Did any of you have a similar thing? I tested this afternoon - bfn :( but I'm guessing if it was implantation, it'd be too early to show bfp? Confused

Yes I did. And several of my friends. I saw a rather callous GP who told I would "almost certainly miscarry" on the grounds of the spotting alone. I was fine. Smile

I had pink discharge once when I wiped, that was it. Turned out it was implantation bleeding, I had sharp pains low in front of my hip, on the left side as well. I wasn't sure at the time, as I usually spot before AF, but I never had any other spotting and never had a period :)

And yes, probably a bit early for a BFP!!

Hi,

Yep, I had a pinky/brown discharge like the start of my period then nothing for a day and took a test and it was +ve Smile

I was 4+1 when I found out

I did - pink/brownish bit quite light and only for a day or two. DD is 15months now. Good luck!

I don't think it is too early to test. With each baby I got a positive result, faint, but there, two days before my period was due.

Thank you for all of your replies. :) I did test this evening, bfn. That was with diluted wee though, as obviously it wasn't first morning. I've read after implantation bleeding, it takes a couple of days for enough hcg to build up, for a test to detect. Gonna wait it out, see what happens! Nothing else, yet.. X

I did too - brownish spotting for a couple of days, very much what the start of my period would look like. But no period and a BFP a few days after that :-) .

Yep I did. Didn't test for another week or so after though as was sure it would be negative!

I did with DC1. I remember being at work and having some pink spotting. I was so deflated as I thought my AF was its way. Then nothing. I even moved house too- lifting all sorts of heavy equipment and doing really strenuous stuff. It was only a few weeks down the line when I felt really, really exhausted, that I did a test. By that point I was five and a half weeks pregnant!

My DC1 is now a beautiful four year old :)

Yes, just as you describe. Thought it was my period starting as I also had the usual sore boobs. Then, no period. Was another week or so before I thought to do a test I think, by which time v clearly positive. Good luck Flowers

Yes, pink / brownish discharge like at the beginning of AF. But it stopped after a couple of days. Great shock a week later when I got a BFP Grin

He's 7m now and sleeping peacefully on me Smile

It has come back tonight, the same pink when I wipe, it hasn't got heavier yet! Can it come and go? Feel all heartbroken again, like I did last night :( I don't know what's going on!? Confused Thank you for all of your replies. Xx

I did at 7,8,9dpo. 9dpo when I stuck my finger in, there was a lot of dark pink around my cervix, 10dpo nothing. I had a + at 7dpo, now 6+5 and saw Hb at 6w. Good luck! :)

Yes I did with my 2nd DC up to about 7 weeks. I was so concerned was eventually sent for an early scan.

All fine and now she's a strapping, loud 7 year old!

Update - Spotting started again last night, so thought I was out for good! Ruined mine and OH's date night, as I went to the loo, it was there when I wiped again, and I thought that's it - I just wanted to go home and cry! :( however woken up today, and nothing at all again! Just the clear CM I usually have, even when I checked inside.. I'm beyond confused, feel like my body is playing games with me Confused x

I had it and it lasted around three days it was more a brownish Conor though I had no idea what it was as It happened before my period was due and tbh I wasn't too clued up on it all! It was only when I looked it up I thought it could possibly be implantation , it was and DS is now almost three months. Also I took a test at a week late for my period and it was a bfp... Convinced I wasn't pregnant I didn't do anything for another three or so weeks then I got my bfp. Good luck

I can't see a line I'm afraid :-(. I had spotting I the Saturday, literally twice when I wiped. I expected start of AF as weren't trying. Realised Sunday night that AF hadn't materialised and tested positive Monday morning. I have everything crossed for you x

Well I don't want to give you false hope but that looks like a faint line to me. Test again tomorrow with your first wee, and see what it looks like then. Fingers crossed for you.

Yes I had implantation bleeding and as the OP has said Dr told me I had an early misscarraige. I'm now 23 weeks EnvyEnvy good luck xxx
