Should be fine, it's cooked meat, if you make your own make sure it's properly cooked through. I tried it, as it was recommended as a protein-laden snack, but the smokey flavour was a bit too much. Food has be really plain and bland right now!!

Its fine, i've been eating it regulary with no issues or warnings from my midwife, tuck in!
