I had my coil in 6 weeks ago, 2 weeks later had a massive heavy period. Now my period is due again in 4 days, and I've been having crazy early pregnancy symptoms: tender breasts (kind of like the let-down feeling - I have 2 DC already), dull aches in low abdomen (kind of like round ligament pain), spotty, got thrush, etc. Now I'm panicking that perhaps the coil fell out in that last heavy period and I didn't notice. I was using the femme cup so perhaps I didn't check well enough. I can't feel the strings, but I was told they likely would wrap around my cervix. Did a pg test this morning but bfn, although period not due for 4 days... any help??
