I don't know how you wonderful mums who are pregnant with a little one already manage it - I am 16+6 with my first baby and I am exhausted all the time; walking up the stairs is an effort!

I am sure you will get some of your energy back soon, though! It's all worth it in the end smile

20+4 over here and I have my energy back!!

I was absolutely shattered in the early weeks (probably until week 16) and if I did fall asleep I would wake up feeling really sick!

Totally feeling so much better now, so there is hope!

OMC I was thinking the exact same thing when I was pg with dd. I would read on here how other mums were getting on with it, but at the moment I feel really guilty being indoors, watching crappy day time tv whilst dd poodles about with her toys. The weather's so nice outside too Sad oh and I have to stay in today and tomorrow as I'm waiting for my phone to be exchanged Envy

22 weeks here with a 15 month old and still bloody exhausted! Honestly never felt so tired. She's got a cough and the moment and can't sleep longer than half an hour without waking herself up so I had about an hours broken sleep last night and have a masters assignment due in tomorrow... Hoping a toddler and a newborn will be less exhausting than a toddler and pregnancy!

K8eee · 05/03/2015 14:08

GotToBe wow I feel for you Sad hope lo starts feeling better soon. dd is pretty happy entertaining herself, I just feel bad that im not even up for going out for a walk when the weather's as nice as it is Envy

10+5 here and youngest is 2, and at home with me. Shattered doesn't even cover it. Insomnia is so bad at the minute, combination of bad dreams and overheating! She naps in the afternoon but for the love of god I cannot sleep in the day no matter how much I try!

fixuplooksharp · 05/03/2015 14:58

13+5 and shattered!!!! I have DS age 6 and youngest who is 2. I'm working 3 days a week and right now I could literally fall asleep at my desk, although not sure that would go down to well!! :)
On my home days with my youngest by about 2pm I am curled up on the sofa with him watching a DVD and like you K8eee I feel bad for not being out and about but cannot summon the energy. Tomorrow is meant to be nice and I am determined to go for a walk with him after the school run and have some fun, I usually feel a little more human and awake in the morning.

31 weeks with a two year old. Cbeebies is my friend.
I still haven't got that 'energy burst'.
I know how you're feeling though, I think having a newborn will be easier than the constant tired AND sicky feeling. I hope.

OMGBabyNo3 · 05/03/2015 16:09

10 weeks with no 3. Other two are 5 and 8 and at school. Am shattered all the time. No matter how well I sleep at night I need to nap every day. I work from home and am struggling to fit work and naps in every day!!

WaitingToFeelSomeWiggles · 05/03/2015 20:21

I'm with you! My house is a disgrace at the moment because I can't stay awake past 8:30 pm. By the time I've got in from work, sorted out DS ready for bed, cooked dinner and washed up there is no energy left to do anything! I can't remember the last time I hoovered
And on that note, goodnight all!

K8eee · 06/03/2015 10:53

Ergh dd was a nightmare last night. kept waking up screaming and crying. hated being put back down in her cot, but im determined not to let her stay in our bed with us. I feel like a zombie today Sad oh and I seem to be wide awake in the night too all of a sudden Confused not a happy mummy Envy god knows how I'll cope with 2 of them this time next year
