Hello all in recent weeks I have started snoring, i have never been a snorer before but I'm being told I sound like a old man. Thing is my parter is getting woke up at 4 am every morning by me then is grumpy. I'm sleeping on my side but still I'm snoring. Does anyone know how to make it stop. I'm not over weight I wouldn't say and nobody else thinks so. Does anyone know of a cure.

Is it to do with being congested? I'm not snoring but I'm really congested, especially when I sleep - I've been using Breathe Easy strips which haven't cured the problem but it's made things a lot better Smile

I might go get some, I haven't been very congested really. To be fair I think it's good practice for him getting up in the night and bearing in mind the acid and the rest of the symptoms I have this could be a bit of sweet revenge ha ha. Still it upsets me when he's banging round the house with the sulks in at 4 in the morning

I was the same the other night apparently - also 38 weeks! Seems to not be a problem when I sleep more propped up on my V pillow (which I got due to heartburn) so maybe see if some extra pillows help? Otherwise I'd just agree it's good practice for him!

I've got exactly the same problem, I actually wish my DH would sleep in the spare room rather than trying to wake me up to stop snoring - It's not like I'm doing it on purpose and at least I'm asleep! I'll try pillows tonight!

I have bought him some ear plugs ha ha
