So yesterday morning I took a test and it came up a very clear positive, I was so shocked so took another one later on and it was negative then again this. Morning negative.. What would you say it was more likely to be? Thank you

Generally, a positive is a positive as there has to be the chemical present for a second line to appear.

Did your first positive appear in the time frame given by the test?

If so, it may be that the next test you have tried is faulty or not as sensitive -if it's a digital they can take a while to show positive.

Go to your GP and get your bloods done if you are still unsure.

Get yourself a First Response Early Response test that should show something.

My first few positives on the Amazon cheapies were a bit tenuous!

A false positive is very unusual, particularly as it appeared when it should. Did you use FMU for them all ?

One positive and one negative was with FMU but second negative was done later on.. Were will I get a first response? And thank you

Hmm, it does sound strange. I've looked at your post from yesterday and it does look like a positive!

My first was VERY faint and that day I picked up a FRER and held my wee for 4 hours before testing again because I couldn't wait until the next morning . I got a pale but undeniable positive off that and then waited a week to do a digi.

I had bought a two pack of the FRER and did the spare the next morning and got a slightly darker result- they were definitely more obvious than my Amazon ones.
