I now regret not keeping up the pelvic floor exercises after DC1. Just sneezed and, yes, a bit of wee came out Sad Is this a sign that I'll be needing Tena pads for the rest of my life?

I don't know, but this has been happening to me since around week 8! The highlight was morning sickness making me vomit so violently that I peed. Difficult to know whether to pee on the floor or vomit . . . Loving pregnancy so far!

It started happening to me about week 12, (this is my third, but all c-section babies) I had never had this!

I ramping up the pelvic floor exercises and it was much better, but then got lazy again a couple of weeks ago and it came back!

I have now set myself a calendar reminder at work and keep doing it!

Keep doing them. Set yourselves triggers - brushing your teeth, tv adverts, driving, making a cup of tea, checking emails etc. Its a muscle thst can be re trained but it does take time.
