Hi I have taken 5 pregnancy tests on 3 days. 3 have came back faint positives they are boots own brand then 2 clear blue digital came bk not pregnant I'm so confused? Has anyone had anything similar?

The digitals aren't as sensitive as the normal tests. Try again in afew days when the HCG has time to double :)

I can see a line, when I got my first positive it looked pretty much like that. Don't they say the Clear Blue Digital are less sensitive? Or am I imagining that? You can't get a false positive, a line is a line.

Thank you so much for replying I am going out of my mind I have sickness sore heads cramps everything just so confused why digital isn't showing :( I have read digital isn't as sensitive just not sure what to think. My period is 6 days late today.

Do you know when you ovulated? As you are 6 days late, the tests should be darker BUT it all depends on when you ovulated and of course when you conceived :) first response are the most sensitive and would probabley give you equal strength lines. Digitals are 50 in strength whereas first response are more like 10. If you are really worried, ask your GP to do a BETA blood test so you can find out the HCG a level x

I have no idea when I ovulated my periods are 29 days apart though last one being 28th January. Here is another pic of test 3 are like this is it possible to be false?

No it's not false-a pregnancy test will only show a pink line if there is HCG a to detect. So it's detecting HCG, meaning you are pregnant. I have seen fainter than that :)

No it's not possible to have a false positive, the lines comes up because the hormone is present, the line can't appear without the hormone being present.

Aww ladies thanks so much for your help everyone is saying the same to me it's just so doubting because of those digitals. I have had 2 mc in the past so I think I maybe worry a little to much. X

That's totaly understandable ((hugs)) I have had 3 and had 10 years trying for a baby with 4 IVF's and millions of HPTs done, kind of an expert unfortunately ;) digitals are a great idea in theory but cause countless ladies worry. Stick to the lines HPTs and once they are strong, do the digital :)

i see the lines, but to be on the safe side, i would buy a first response one tomorrow morning and do that. hopefully you will get a more confirmatory line then. wooo! x

O I had IVF success Hun and he's 15 months old now and I'm also 34 weeks pregnant with a natural miracle so although you have had miscarriages, have hope that this is the one :) yes they are positive Hun :)

Aww that is lovely I always love a bit of good news I bet your over the moon, I have an almost 8 year old and 4 year old 2 girls my youngest was after my 2 miscarriages so gives me a lot of hope :) x

Hi yes tested this morning, line wasn't as dark as yesterday but still faint still soooo confused x

well it takes 48 hours for your HCG level to double so I wouldn't expect a change until at least tomorrow :) hang in there x

Hi so went to doctors he said he either thinks baby has stopped growing and to wait for it to pass or I'm either abit early, bit confusing feels like one big roller coaster :( he done blood test so will hear back maybe in morning or early Thursday x
