Treating siatica in pregnancy

I'm really starting to struggle with siatica, I'm currently 21+5 and I've been looking into acupuncture treatment to try to ease it.

Has anyone had this before and found it beneficial? Or if anyone could recommend any other treatment, that would be fab. Tia

I've had acupuncture with cupping on the nhs to help sciatica and SPD and I believe it helped although I've only had one session so far. I try to ease it each night using a hot water bottle

Hi

Not sure about treatment as such but I have recently invested in these support shorts- www.pebbleuk.com/shop/products.asp?pid=117

They are amazing! I was suffering with sciatica and hip and back pain plus varicose veins. With these shorts on I don't get any pain at all!
