Boob cooling methods?

So um I've got a small sore on one boob from wearing breast shells a few nights in a row to catch leaky colostrum... Blush

I would like to maybe put something in the freezer and then in my bra to soothe my sore boob, as sticking my cold fingers in there feels lovely but I can't do much else with a hand stuck in my bra and my hand keeps warming up too quickly.

Can anyone think of other things that might both a) freeze and b) fit in my bra?

How about one of those cold compress things for bumped heads? Can get them in supermarkets /pound shops etc. I think we got our last one for 29p in home bargains.

Alternatively a cooling eye mask or cucumber slices?

some frozen peas in a sandwich bag?

Cabbage leaves are great at soothing but aren't they supposed to have something in them that helps dries up milk? Maybe it's a myth?

Freeze some baby wipes in a sandwich bag.

Thank you all, mumsnet is awesome!

Now I don't have to ever mention this to anyone in real life, and can continue to maintain the illusion that I am glamourous, glowing, perfectly groomed and not someone who is overly curious to taste their own bodily secretions like that batshit boob cooler woman on mumsnet, oh no. Wink
