20 week scan soon, any guesses?

Hello, I have my 20 week scan in just over a week and just curious if anyone has any guesses as I don't have a clue?....

I'm guessing the sonographer will do a lovely thorough check of all anatomy and functions and your baby will be perfectly well.

Sorry OP but I really hate these threads, how are strangers on the internet supposed to predict the sex of your baby?

My apologies for actually posting on a public forum and being excited about having my first child.

I've got to say though that I don't think you can even see the genitals on that photo so would be impossible to guess anyway.

Why don't you google nub theory and see what comes up?

I think op that people have sometimes had 20 week scans where problems have been found. Harsh though it sounds it isn't to find out whether baby is a boy or a girl.

Thankfully I only had good experiences personally but the second time round the cord was in the way so I couldn't find out.

try the ingender.com forum - they are very into nub theory and love scan pics!

I'm going to guess a girl, am not great with the whole nub and skull thing. Hope all goes great with the scan, there is no harm in finding out the sex once eveything else has been checked :) I was so impatient that I got a private sexing scan done at 18 weeks, so completely understand the excitement

Thank you I too am impatient but as long as the baby is healthy that is all that matters.
