Anyone else got low back pain early on?

I'm 6 weeks and got really strong backache low down that comes and goes, it particularly hurts when I poo (sorry tmi). Does anyone else have this?

Intense low back pain has been one of the main indicators of pregnancy for both of mine. :)

I do, mostly around my left hip. Bit tmi but it gets worse when I'm constipated. Makes me feel like an old lady!

I always had lower back pains (before pregnancy) and it got much better once I started doing yoga and pilates. I was told by my consultant not to do them in the first 12 weeks so my back pains got really really bad. Then started pregnancy yoga at ca. 15 weeks and it's gone.

Yes, I have quite nasty back pain. Seems to be around the sacro iliac joint and is worse when I'm on my feet all day, or sitting/lying for too long.
Being pregnant has made it much worse. Not sure if there's anything I can do about it.
