i called the labour ward as they sort of need to know how many deliveries could be imminent...having said that..i had a show and waited a week! as you are 36 + 1 , give them a call, as possibly a wee bit early..

any contractions?

I have been having contractions but they start about 7pm every night i have 4-5 regular painfull ones then they go away again the midwife is aware of them and just said to go to labour ward if they stay continuous.

I hear that it can take weeks after having a show beofre labour starts?
