Did anyone have a feeling which day their baby would be born and were you right?

As the title says, I was wondering if anyone had been convinced of a date that their baby would arrive on and were you right?

I'm not talking about getting to 40 weeks then having signs and thinking they'll be here the following day but for months having an inkling that they'll arrive on a certain date.

I've been given March 1st as my EDD which is Sunday but for months I can't shake the feeling that she'll be here on the 26th Feb which is tomorrow, so much so that I feel like tomorrow is the due date I've been working towards and March 1st means nothing to me.

With dd1 I had no symptoms whatsoever and she arrived naturally 2 days early, my first twinge was the first contraction.
With this one I've had a few periods of twinges but they always stop and so far I've hardly glanced at the clock as I'm so convinced it's tomorrow!!

I'd be really interested to hear if anyone else had felt the same and been right although I'll probably update this on Friday morning still very much pregnant Grin

I thought my DS would turn up on his due date despite everyone saying it was uncommon. I started in labour a few days before and he turned up on his due date (with minutes to spare) born at 23:23 Grin

This baby is due 19th July, I will be booked in for a planned C-section, just like DD, so no guessing required unless he turns up early!

Due on 9th December but I knew she would come in DBIL birthday of 20th who had died earlier in the year.

I'm doubting my intuition now, I've got no symptoms whatsoever although w

DC1 was two weeks late, she did come on the date that I thought was the nicest (as 6 months after my birthday). DC2 I wanted to come on my brothers birthday which would be two days late, she arrived at 11.30pm the day before so nearly! DC3 is due 2nd July, don't have any strong feelings about dates. I do like 5th July though.

Although I agree with Polpo that it is C.

I dreamt at 27 weeks that the babies (pregnant with twins) wanted to come for my birthday, to surprise me, and I was trying to explain to them that that was too early and they couldn't come on my birthday.

They managed to hold on a bit longer than my birthday but not much longer. My birthday is on the 13th, they came on the 29th.

For years and years and years, even before I knew I wanted children, I was always joking about 'ginger twins'. And ... I had ginger twins, even before meeting my (ginger) husband!

Okay so my kids have a trend, dd1 is on 4/30. Husband’s bio mom is 11/30 the other child is 8/9 my husband’s step mom is 1/9 I for sure thought this church would arrive either 5/3 or 6/3 after my mom 2/3 but nope…I however think he may come after today which is last day of school for kids 6/10 my husband’s feels the same I guess I’ll see if this baby does or not..our wedding anniversary is 3/10 so we’ll see what happens
