Tingling in arm and leg- anyone else experience this?

I'm almost 12 weeks and have developed a tingling- like pins and needles in my left arm and now my left leg. No loss of power etc just very odd and uncomfortable. I've been checked out and bp/heart/bloods all normal. I've another appointment on Friday but I thought I'd check if anyone else experienced similar. Thanks.

I have had tingling in my right hand especially pinky and ring fingers accompanied by the occasional tingling in my right leg too. Not sure why, I'm only 7w 4 days.

I THINK it's to do with increased blood flow and resulting pressure on tendons. I'll post back what the doc tells me on Friday. It's annoying isn't it?
