Today Iv accidentally taken two of my daily vitamins instead of one. I totally forgot I had taken one with my breakfast this morning but Iv only just realised. I'm also on iron tablets. So Iv taken 2 iron tablets, which I'm supposed to, and 2 vitamins which I'm not supposed to. (Baby is going to come out like Popeye!) I do doubt it's going to cause great harm but has anybody got advice on if I should skip tomorrow's and carry on as normal?
