UTI? Confused

I have been suffering with a urine infection for a few weeks now i thimk but after my urine was taken at my booking appointment and I had no further advice at 12 weeks when seeing the midwife I thought I might be just 'imaging' it. However, after two weejd I've decided today To go through my results that was given. It states that

Automatic cell count reference range
WBC- 347 /UL 0-80
RBC- 22. /UL 0-140
Casts- 8. /UL 0-1
Epithelial Cells-21 /UL. 0-5 (M). 0-50 (F)

From what I can see, I'm no doctor but surely reference range means what the range should be in between and from my results a few are not in range. I feel really annoyed as I've been suffering and I just put it down to stretching pains but now inside I am so sore so I really don't know what's going on when I urinate I my bladder feels like someone is actually draining it i feel so much pressure. It's Saturday and last time I went to a walk in I was staining up for 4 and half hours. So just want to clarify as best as I can if these results are right and there is something up.

Thank you.

Hi,

I'm afraid I can't help interpret the results but I did have an ongoing urine infection at around the same time. It was picked up at booking and I ended up with two different course of antibiotics before it went away.
My doctors did take it very seriously. Have you had antibiotics? And have you been re-tested afterwards? If you are suffering from pains then that suggests it is relatively severe as I never had any symptoms.
Do you have a midwife number you can call?
I don't think there is danger to the baby until later in your pregnancy when it can trigger early labour, but there is danger to you if it spreads to your kidneys. If you can call the midwife that might be better than the walk in centre for now.

I had UTIs pretty constantly through both pg. Didn't impact on me or my babies, mw all aware.

Ring your maternity unit, make sure you have your hospital number, give them the rest if your dteas and ask them to check the results of your urine test.

Results can be out of range as yours are without an infection being present.

But of course you may have developed an infection since that booking urine test was done so, as you are so uncomfortable it would be a good idea to go to your GP with another sample and have another test. GP may also do a swab to check out any other causes. Thrush can often be a problem in pregnancy.

You can have raised wbc in your urine for a number of reasons, if it didn't come back with a culture can either be that it was too soon to catch it or that the readings are out for another reason, perhaps you could take a new sample to your gp surgery send ask them to send it off for you?
