Just completed D&C procedure :(

I'm in hospital after a D&C procedure this morning. Feeling sore and sad.

At least I have two delightful kids waiting for me at home.

Im sorry you are going throught this, you will feel less sore very soon.

I had one in March and the sadness took a little longer to recover from but you have your lovely kids to help you through. I woud encourage you to allow yourself to be sad though, I didnt and smiled for everyone convincing them all that I was fine, then had a stint of depression a few months later.
I hope that you feel better soon and that you are looked after well. xx

Hiya, you will be able to get LOADS of help an advice on the MC boards, under bereavement and loss I think in mind body and soul section of MN Talk.

Give yourself time, I had medical management for mine and I was still getting BFPs for 2 weeks afterwards, also the 2nd week after the MC was horrific, mostly because I wasn't expecting to be so hormonal.

However and whatever you feel..... is ok. It is also ok when you start to feel better. I was angry a lot of the time, but everyone is different.
