Is it safe to eat cold pepperoni (in a salad) during pregnancy. I have just found out I am pregnant and had a pepperoni salad yesterday. Just nervous about listeria but do not know if you can get it from pepperoni. many thanks

I should imagine the only thing to be wary of with it is heartburn, but perhaps that isn't an issue for you?
