Hi ladies,
I'm currently about 8 weeks pregnant with dc2 and don't think I have any symptoms yet (apart from tiredness but that's fairly standard!). I didn't get some mild morning sickness with dc1 but can't remember now when it started. Anyone remember roughly when it kicks in?

around 5 weeks it started and was a bit like scared said - often it was like I was feeling sick with hunger or a hangover but could eat through it. by 6 weeks it was like a stomach bug or travel sickness but never threw up to get relief and was 24 hours a day and not just in the morning. i often felt quite sweaty and dizzy with it. was gone by 12 weeks with the 1st and this time went on till 18 weeks this time.

One of my friends had hg till 26 weeks with her 1st and she was fine till 8 weeks and then it hit her badly. so it does vary from person to person and some lucky people don't get it at all.

I'm now 7 weeks and it started about 10 days ago. Like last time though, I've not actually been sick, just felt constantly like I might. Last time it lasted until about 14 weeks.

6 days post ovulation. Got a positive at day 8 and have been vomiting every day since :( now almost six weeks and it's getting worse by the day.

I wish you a puke - free and happy pregnancy!

as of this afternoon i've started to feel rather rotten - stomach cramps (but "gonna vom" type waves, not uterus cramps for a pleasant change), bouts of strong nausea, charming little acid burps, slightly dizzy and all food thoughts horrific. i'm assuming this is MS, but never been PG before, so part of me keeps questioning it!

I started feeling sick about a week after ovulation. Got a positive at day 8 and I've been barfing ever since. Now at 5 +3. Worried it's going to get worse :(

With #1 I had a constant travel-sickness type feeling all day with regular vomiting from about 3.5 weeks to around 20 weeks. I had to have anti-sickness meds and just felt horrendous. Had to have a full month off work.

With #2 I had much milder sickness. I was sick every single morning but then felt mainly ok during the rest of the day. Was still being sick up to 33 weeks though.

I am not having any more babies.......

No nausea or any symptoms except relatively mild SPD pain in 3 pregnancies.

wildpoppy · 20/02/2015 22:30

with dc1 started around 5 weeks mildly and 7 weeks properly finishing on the nose at 14 weeks. With ds was a bit milder but started around 7 weeks and ended around 10 weeks. Now am about two seconds pregnant (got bfp on tuesday) and am feeling a little sick when I wake up in the morning but not like I want to be sick (which I was, often, with my previous pregnancies so expect I shall be in due course in this one).

At 4 weeks. It was this that prompted me to take the test. Had it all day every fecking day until exactly 11 weeks. Now 31 weeks and had a slight queasiness today but not sure if ms or just feeling grotty.
I remember Princess Kate announced her pregnancy same day as I 'announced' mine and the papers were all 'oh poor kate with her hg-bed rest and the top royal doctors will help her'. I heard it for the first time on my car radio whilst pulled up on side of city ring road chucking up during my lengthy commute. It did not endear me to her. also she stole my thunderWink

25 weeks now & haven't had any pregnancy symptoms apart from sore boobs for a few weeks. Feeling very lucky not to have had any sickness

pixiestixie84 · 21/02/2015 09:55

I remember last time it finished at 11 weeks so I did get off quite lightly- maybe I will be lucky this time?! It felt like waves of nausea with kind of cold flushes (if that makes sense) though I was never sick x

I'm pg with DC2 and with DS I had nausea from 5-16 weeks. Bad but not horrendous. Managed to graze/sleep through most of it. With this one I had zero symptoms until 7 weeks then it hit me like a freight train! So much worse this time but lasted until 12/13 weeks so less time. I'm now 15 weeks and get the odd wave when I'm hungry or tired. Relish any weeks when you don't feel ill!
