Anyone else had an insatiable appetite at 6 weeks pregnant? I've had some nausea but I'm always hungry! I find that the nausea is better when I'm eating.

I'm concerned that I'm going to put on loads of weight! Hmm

I had this, was one of the things that made me wonder if I was pregnant actually!! I went with it, i think the body is obviously telling you it needs the calories, I didn't put on loads of weight and it did calm down by 12 weeks.

Yep, I've just asked DH to fetch me another triangle of the huge toblerone in the fridge and he gave me this look:Hmm

I eat a lot anyway.... manual job, I guess I burn it all off, so I'm a bit scared just how greedy I'm going to look when I start eating even more!!

I'm six weeks and have totally lost my appetite. I am forcing myself to eat small amounts because I know it isn't healthy to eat nothing.
I ate loads with my first two pregnancies so I don't know why I have no appetite this time around.

My appetite was huge in weeks 5-6; weeks 7-8 have been a bit of a reverse - lots of grazing but I can't manage big meals at the moment. So it may well balance itself out.

60sname - I'm now almost 7 weeks and insatiable appetite has gone. I am trying to eat little and often to keep the nausea at bay but other than toast and yoghurt I'm struggling to eat healthily. Someone suggested raw veg sticks so may go and buy some cucumber and carrots later. Any other suggestions?
