Anyone had a 'Fembrace' for SPD? HELP PLS!

My spd pain has increased to such an extent that I am unable to do very much and find looking after ds (26mths) extremely difficult..and I still have another 20 weeks to go....

My midwife has suggested that I try a fembrace to see if that helps. I currently have the 'Loving Comfort? Maternity Support' (from bumpto3.com). Is the fembrace better than this? Does the fembrace get worn under clothes? Can I wear it at night? Is it comfortable?

sorry for all the questions and hope someone can help!

Hi, I've already seen the physio and am waiting an urgent referral to see another physio. I had this when pregnant with ds but although it started at 7 weeks last time, it didn't get severe till about 27 weeks. This time it started at 4 weeks but has been 'up and down' in severity..up until now. I wouldn't wish this pain on my worst enemy

I'll see if I can find some info on serola belts..

Hello

I recently had these recommended to me. I have only just bought them , so can't speak from personal experience yet.

Bellybra

MindtheBump Full Support Belt

Have you considered osteopathy? I've just started some osteopathic treatment - again too soon to verify how good it is.

You could also consider asking your GP for a referral to an Obstetric Physiotherapist.

Good luck - it's not much fun this SPD lark is it?
